Alerji testleri, alerjik deri hastalıklarında, şikayetlere neden olan alerjenleri tespit etmek amacıyla yapılan tanısal testlerdir. Alerjik hastalıkların neden olduğu reaksiyon mekanizmaları farklılık gösterdiğinden, uygun testler dermatolog tarafından belirlenir. Dermatolojide en yaygın kullanılan alerji testleri şunlardır:
- Yama (patch) testi
- Foto Yama, Atopi Yama testi
- Delme (prick) testi
- Deri içi (intradermal) test
- Otolog serum testi
